2010: Appeared in 13 games, with 12 being in relief ... earned first win of the season in only start of the year, striking out six and not allowing an earned run in five-inning of a rain-shortened game against UTPA (4/7) ... tossed a scoreless inning with a strikeout in career debut against Grambling (2/21) ... ended up striking out 14 hitters on the year in just 14.1 innings of work.

High School: Went 7-3 with one save, as a senior while holding hitters to a .174 average and a 1.41 ERA in 11 appearances with six complete games ... threw 64.2 innings with 73K and only 33 BB ... first team All-District 22-5A pitcher ...led Longhorns to Class 5A playoffs ... struck out 11 batters against Channelview HS in first round of playoffs ... 2009 Houston Area Baseball Coaches Assn. all-star team ... voted team MVP as a senior.
